SOCIAL STATUS TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: November 21st, 2024
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Business Operations: Social Status operates under various business names, including Jaizai Investments Inc. Transactions made under any of these names are subject to these terms.

 

Online Holiday Free Shipping and Returns (Continental US Only)

Terms applicable to Online Holiday Free Shipping and Returns: 

  • Offer starts on November 22, 2024 at 12 AM EST and ends on December 20, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. 
  • This offer is valid at SocialStatusPGH.com. 
  • Free Shipping Offer applies to standard flat-rate ($16) shipping within the Continental U.S. only. 
  • Free Shipping (standard flat-rate - $16) is automatically applied at checkout. No code needed.
  • Offer not valid on International orders. 
  • Not valid on previous purchases or high-heat releases. 
  • Free Returns available on orders within the Continental U.S. only placed between November 22, 2024 through December 20, 2024. 
  • Return window is extended to January 15, 2025. 
  • Returns from the Continental U.S. only will not be subject to restocking fees. 
  • Online store credit, issued as compensation for returned merchandise or refunds, is solely processed in the form of e-gift cards, delivered to customers via email. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps provided. Please remember to include the original order packing slip in the return package. Upon submitting your return request in the portal, you will be notified via email that your request has been submitted. You will then be notified within 48 hours if your return is approved or denied.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria outlined below. Additionally please note that purchases made in stores cannot be returned online, and likewise, online purchases cannot be returned in-store. 
    • Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags and liners if applicable. Items ordered without an attached tag should be returned with the original packaging. Please be aware that certain items, such as altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, personalized/monogrammed items, and items labeled as "final sale," cannot be returned. This category encompasses items like candles, swimwear, and more. 
    • Box damage does not meet the criteria for a full refund to your original payment method. Items returned due to box damage will be subject to a restocking fee and will follow all guidelines outlined in the return and exchange policy unless otherwise stated by our customer service team. Boxes may also become damaged during shipping. While we take great care in securely packaging your items, we understand the importance of receiving them in pristine condition. If your item arrives with box damage, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
    • Items returned outside of our established return and exchange procedure are classified as unauthorized returns. Such returns will not be processed. Should an item be returned to us without prior contact with our customer service, or if the package is declined by the recipient, we reserve the right to disregard the return and withhold any refund.
Special Projects:
  • Winners of EQL draws will receive a confirmation email from EQL.
  • Orders cannot be modified post-purchase.
  • Shipping is via FedEx; no in-store pickup , PO box, APO, or FPO  deliveries.
  • Ensure accurate address input; invalid addresses may result in order cancellation.
  • Order processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • No expedited shipping available.
  • International customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.
  • Claims for missing or delayed packages must be reported promptly.
Draws:
  • Draw winners selected within 24-48 hours after the draw closes.
  • Entries are final; no modifications allowed post-submission.
  • International shipping countries may vary.
  • Contact EQL for inquiries or assistance regarding run fair fees
Order Processing:
  • Orders cannot be modified post-purchase.
  • Orders are subject to fraud review; additional verification may be required.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.
  • Prices exclude taxes; taxes are added at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or cancel products or orders.
Shipping:
  • All orders shipped via FedEx.
  • Shipping is via FedEx; no in-store pickup , PO box, APO, or FPO  deliveries.
  • Shipping times may vary; delays possible during high volume periods.
  • Transit times not guaranteed; affected by external factors.
  • Address changes are not possible post-shipment.
International Shipping:
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations.
  • Orders are processed within 5 business days; delivery times vary.
Return & Exchange Policy:
  • Items must be returned within 7 days for store credit.
  • Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Restocking fee applies to all orders, except those returned or exchanged due to our error.
