Product Line Manager

We are seeking a Product Line Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all activities that are related to researching, designing and marketing products on behalf of the organization. In this role, the successful candidate will oversee market research, a team of product professionals and departmental budgets.**Charlotte Only**


  • Management of internal design team process from concept, design, sketch, prototype (including managing art-to-product, sample creation, fit sessions) and go-to market
  • Management of external vendors regarding production timelines and pricing models
  • Collaborate with internal partners and departments
  • Prepare creative/product retail custom design tools and pitches to differentiate by category
  • Monitor competitors, product innovation and marketplace dynamics
  • Manage operating budget for design department alongside specific categories
  • Multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously across multiple banners


  • Combination of technical knowledge and customer-faced mindset
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities
  • The ability to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills in a clear, compelling manner with a professional presence
  • Self-starter, who can think strategically and consider factors when solving/ prioritizing issues and making decisions
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
  • Experience in successfully supporting large complex projects
  • Knowledge in working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Adobe Acrobat experience is a plus
