VISION & VIBES: A Mental Health Workshop for Teen Girls
This 2-hour interactive session will provide a valuable opportunity for teen girls to connect, learn coping skills, and build self-esteem in a safe and uplifting space.

9:00 - 9:15 AM: Mental Health Icebreaker & Introductions:
- A brief, engaging activity to foster connection and create a comfortable space.
- Participants share their names and a positive aspect of their week.

9:15 - 9:45 AM: Social Media vs. Real Life:
- Facilitated discussion about the impact of social media on self-perception and relationships.
- Exploring healthy social media habits and strategies for discerning online vs. real-life interactions.

9:45 - 10:15 AM: Coping Skills:
- Introducing practical coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
- Interactive exercises to practice mindfulness, breathing techniques, and other healthy coping strategies.

- Exploring the power of positive affirmations to build self-esteem.
- Guided activity to help girls identify personal goals and create actionable steps.
