All sales are considered final 

Releases

You will receive a confirmation email if you are selected for a release

Address and sizes will not be changed; Double check to make sure they are correct before entry

If your bank declines payment, we will automatically move on to the next entrant 

Spamming entries may disqualify you from future releases

Spamming releases may also result in multiple selections in our draw

Frequent cancellation of release wins may disqualify you from future releases

Shipping


All shipping is done through FedEx both domestically and internationally.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE
FOR ALL DUTIES AND TAXES. WE CAN NOT ALTER PRODUCT DETAILS IN ANY WAY TO AFFECT DUTIES AND TAXES.

You have the option of holding your order at a local facility on the carrier's website. We strongly recommend you use this option to prevent theft.

If there are any issues with your order please email customer service at info@socialstatupgh.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to reach out within the desired timeline may result in the denial of your claim.

Per the request of the brand we do not ship Nike, Jordan, and FOG internationally.

Return Policy

Items eligible to be returned must be returned within 30 days of order confirmation. Online orders can not be returned to stores and store purchases can not be returned online. Please contact customer service in order to begin the return process for an online order. We reserver the right to deny returns. If an item is sent back without contact to our customer service we have the right to disregard the return and not issue a refund.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your order will be cancelled. Please be aware of this before making any purchases or entering our draws. 

Exchanges and Refunds

Items are available for exchange ONLY for the correct item or size. There is a possibility that our stock may change while your order is in transit for an exchange. If this happens your order will be refunded without a restocking fee.

Once your item is exchanged, it will be considered final sale and will no longer be eligible for further exchanges or returns.

Upon approval of a refund a refund notification will be emailed to you.
Refunds usually take 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If you have not noticed any changes after the 3-5 business days please contact your financial institution.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees take into account shipping costs, and reprocessing into our systems.
Restocking fees are as follows:
Orders $100 and over will be charged a $50 restocking fee
Orders under $100 will be charge a 20% restocking fee
Rejected or abandoned packages will be subject to a restocking fee.
ALL ITEMS MARKED SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, SPECIAL RELEASE ITEMS, COLLABORATION ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 RESTOCKING FEE IF RETURNED.

Order confirmation

When placing an order your should receive an automatic email confirming your order. Getting confirmation of your order means that we have received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel if the product is out of stock or the order is flagged as fraudulent.
