Online Return Policy

    • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
    • Any "Sale" merchandise cannot be returned.
    • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and put in an additional shipping box, without postal labels.
    • Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Packages returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds and Processing

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
    • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Exchanges will ONLY be made for the correct item or size of the product in question. In the event that we do not have an available replacement for the item returned, a refund notification will be issued. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
