Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Orders that meet our return policy can be sent back once you receive your order.  If you would like to go ahead with a return, you can do so here.

I just ordered a special release item, can i cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. All items that are on sale, promotional, or marked Final Sale are not eligible for Returns and Cancellations.

When will my order ship?

From the time your order is placed we are working as quickly as possible to process your order. Generally, once you receive your tracking information you should see updates within 24-48 hours. If you have not seen movement on your package within 3 days please send us an email info@socialstatuspgh.com

Can you adjust the cost on my paperwork so I pay less in duties and taxes?

We are unable to alter product details that will affect the duties and taxes for your order. If you have questions about the approximate cost of duties and taxes for your package please contact your local Fedex with your tracking information.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders are cancelled because they do not meet our order requirements or the product is currently unavailable. Occasionally, inventory error allow product to be shown that is unavailable and we are working to correct it after we cancel your order. Please do not re-order the item unless you have been instructed to do so from our customer service team.

Why was my order flagged as fraudulent?

Orders can be flagged as fraudulent for many reasons beyond our control. However, If you would like to replace your order you can email us at info@socialstatuspgh.com and we will work with you to get your order processed.

Why do I have a pending charge on my account if my order is cancelled?

When your order is cancelled your payment is voided the same day. Voided payments allow the pending charges to fall off as funds are never taken from your account. Processing time for this can vary based on your financial institution.

How long will it take for my refund to process?

Refunds generally take 48-72 hours from the time they are issued. If you are making a return please be mindful we must have the item in hand and its condition must be confirmed before we can issue a refund.
