Pour & Explore: Mixology 101

This one-part bartending course is designed to take aspiring bartenders on a journey through the art of mixology, focusing on crafting three exceptional mocktails that will leave a lasting impression. In addition, attendees have an opportunity to roll up their sleeves and practice what they've learned through a hands-on experience that's sure to leave them with newfound confidence behind the bar.

Pour & Explore will be facilitated by Angel Grayson, a Chicago Native, passionate about data science and mixology. By day she's a full-time data scientist, but channels her creativity and love for bartending in the evenings, a craft she's been perfecting since 2017. Angel's ultimate goal is to empower others to activate their creativity by using her expertise to teach the art of mixology.
